Sheriff Hat Nametag

Need:

Craft foam

Scissors

Pin backing

Glue

Marker or fabric/craft paint

Cut out pattern pieces and assemble, using the photo as a guide.

Attach the pin backing to the back. Of the hat. Write the name on the front of the hat with a marker or fabric/craft paint.

Western Photo Door Hanger

Need

Craft foam

Foam craft shapes /stickers

Brown embroidery thread

Western stars (sequins or jewelry type)

Scissors

Glue

Photo

Cut door hanger from craft foam. Glue a picture on the door hanger (from the back of door hanger). Add foam craft shapes/stickers, and stars. Make a little lasso out of the brown embroidery thread and glue on door hanger.

Need:

Elastic cord

Western charms or star charms

Assorted beads and pearls – various colors

This craft can be made during the “Round-Up” Fun Day (Found in category “Fun Days 1”).

Sheriff Star Paper Weight

Need:

Plaster of Paris

Sheriff star sand mold

5 small yellow pom poms

Yellow paint

Glue

Gold glitter glue – optional

Black fabric/craft paint

5 toothpicks

Mix plaster according to the directions on the package. Pour plaster into the mold, and add toothpicks before the plaster dries.

After the plaster is dry remove from mold. Allow to dry for several days before painting.

Paint star yellow, then add gold glitter glue if desired. Glue on the pom poms and write name the top.

Sheriff Door Hanger

 

Need:

Pattern

1 CD or DVD (old or unusable)

Craft foam (white, black, red, and yellow)

2 wiggly eyes

Scissors

Glue

Black fabric paint

1 canned drink tab

Hot glue

Cut out and assemble pieces, using the photo as a guide.

Hanger – Bend the canned drink tab slightly and hot glue to the back.

Write name on bandanna with the fabric paint. Allow to dry before hanging up.

Stick Horse / Donkey

 

 

  

Matthew 21:6 NKJV

“So the disciples went and did as Jesus commanded them. They brought the donkey and the colt, laid their clothes on them, and set Him on them.”

 

Need:

Stick – could use old broom stick or a dowel rod

Paint and paint brush or crayons.

Hot glue

Card stock

Copy the horse head (side 1 and side 2) on card stock.

Cut out heads and paint or color them.

After they are dry lay one side on top of the other. Glue yarn at top, between the pieces.

Glue the two pieces together – Glue only on the outside edge of horse. Leave the bottom of the horse open.

Place head on stick and glue it.
