Review and Reflections

1. Read Leviticus 4:1-5:13. The verses describe the __________ offering.

Offerings were to be given even when you sinned _________________ or unaware.

2. Read Leviticus 5:14-19. Theses verses describe the _______________ offering.

If a person committed a trespass, and sinned unintentionally in regard to the holy things of the Lord, they were to offer a _________________ ( guilt)  offering.

3. Read Mark 2:13-3:6. As Jesus passed by the tax office He saw Levi. What did He say to him?

While Jesus and His disciples were dining at Levi’s house many tax collectors and ____________ came and dined also.

When the scribes and Pharisees saw Jesus eating with the tax collectors and sinners, they said to His ________________, “How is it that He eats and drinks with tax collectors and sinners?”

Dear Father,

Thank-you for Your endless mercy, and Your everlasting faithfulness. Thank-you for Your protection that surrounds me, and for Your lovingkindness. I place my trust in You, O Lord, and under  the shadow of Your wings I will take refuge. You are the fountain of my life. You sustain and satisfy me, and fill my life with great pleasures. By the power of the Holy Spirit, help me to walk in an honorable manner. May my heart be right before You. Let the words of my mouth be good and acceptable in Your sight.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.
