Dear Father,
Justice does not require You to show us mercy, but I thank-you for the mercy which You shower upon me. By the power of the Holy Spirit, help me to behave wisely, relying on wisdom from You and not my own. May I always seek to have a pure heart and clean hands. Help me set nothing wicked before my eyes.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
