1. Read 2 Samuel 22:21-51.The Lord rewarded us according to our righteousness. What does righteousness mean?


The Lord will us recompense me according to our righteousness and cleanness. What does recompense mean?

The Word of the Lord is proven. What does proven mean?


God is a shield to all who trust in Him. How has God been a shield to you?


God  avenges His people and delivers them from their enemies. What does avenge mean?



2. Read 2 Samuel 23:1-23. Who were the three mighty men with David when they defied the Philistines?

Dear Father,

I delight in going to Your house to give thanks to Your name. Thank-you that You prosper and give peace to those who love you. By the power of the Holy Spirit, may I always remember to pray  for the peace of Jerusalem and may they fall in love with Your Son. May I seek and embrace Your will.
