The leaders were furious at what Peter said to them. What did they plot to do?

A Pharisee named Gamaliel, said, “…keep away from these men and let them alone. For if this plan or this work is of men, it will come to nothing. But if it is of God, you cannot overthrow it—lest you even be found to fight against God.” How does this apply to our lives today?

7. Read Proverbs 16:25. There is a way that seems ____________ to a man, but its end is the way of death.

Dear Father,

I place my trust in You and I will not be moved. Thank-you for surrounding me with Your presence. In Your presence there is peace. By the power of the Holy Spirit, help me to do good and to have an upright heart. Lead me away from iniquity and closer to You, O Lord.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.
