Dear Father,

Thank-you for Your Word, which brings us understanding. May it be our meditation all the day, in every season of our lives. How sweet are Your Words to our taste, sweeter than honey to our mouths. Truly Your word is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path. Revive us, O Lord, according to Your Word. Our lives are continually in Your hand. Your testimonies we have taken as a heritage forever. By the power of the Holy Spirit, help us to keep Your precepts which restrains our feet from every evil way. May we not depart from Your judgments which You have taught us. Keep us from straying from Your precepts. And may we incline our hearts to perform Your statutes forever, to the very end.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.
