Need:
Craft foam
Glue (white or tacky)
Scissors
Craft (jewelry) pin
Glitter glue – if desired
Cut out the pieces and assemble using the photo as a guide. Glue the pin to the back. Embellish with glitter glue if desired.
Heart Nametag
Need:
Pink, red, and white craft foam
Scissors
Glue
Jewelry pin
Glitter glue
Cut out the pieces and assemble using the photo as a guide. Glue jewelry pin (or safety pin) on back. Embellish with glitter glue.
Alien Spaceship Nametag
Need:
Craft foam
Scissors
Glue
Gold glitter glue (optional)
Safety pin or crafts pin
Hot glue
Cut out pieces. Glue part 2 on top of part 1, using the picture as a guide. Glue 7 small circles on the bottom part of spaceship. You may use gold glitter glue to embellish the circles
Attach a pin on the back using hot glue.
Bell Nametag
Need:
Yellow, red and black craft foam
Glue
Scissors
1 jewelry pin
Glitter glue
Cut out the pieces and assemble. Use the photo as a guide. Embellish with glitter glue.
Sheriff Hat Nametag
Need:
Craft foam
Scissors
Pin backing
Glue
Marker or fabric/craft paint
Cut out pattern pieces and assemble, using the photo as a guide.
Attach the pin backing to the back. Of the hat. Write the name on the front of the hat with a marker or fabric/craft paint.
Lion Nametag
Need:
Construction paper or craft foam (yellow and orange)
Wiggly eyes (2)
Glue
Scissors
Pin backing or medium size safety pin
Orange Pom pom (1)
Cut pieces out of craft foam or construction paper, and assemble using the picture as a guide. Write the child’s name on the feet with a permanent marker. Draw mouth and ears with a permanent marker.
* Instead of making a nametag, you could make a stick puppet by substituting the pin with a wooden skewer or stick.
