Dear Father,

Thank-you for Your mercy and salvation. Teach me, O Lord, the way of Your statutes. Turn my eyes away from looking at worthless things, and revive me in Your way and in righteousness. I will meditate on Your statutes. By the power of the Holy Spirit, give me understanding, and help me observe Your statutes with my whole heart. May I walk in the path of Your commandments and incline my heart to Your testimonies.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.
