Review and Reflections

1. Read Ezekiel 18:1-32.The soul who sins shall die. This death is referring to ______________________death.

When we receive salvation through Jesus Christ, none of the _____________________________ which we has committed will be remembered against us.

It does not please God, He does not take _____________________, that the wicked will die – God has no pleasure in the death of one who dies.

According to the following verses, can a person backslide after they have received salvation?
“But when a righteous man turns away from his righteousness and commits iniquity, and does according to all the abominations that the wicked man does, shall he live? All the righteousness which he has done shall not be remembered; because of the unfaithfulness of which he is guilty and the sin which he has committed, because of them he shall die.”

God’s ways are fair. What does fair mean?

God desires for the unrighteous person ___________________, and turn from all their transgressions.

2. Read Ezekiel 19:1-14. These verses are a lament for Israel’s ________________________.

What is a lamentation?

3. Read Hebrews 9:1-10. The first part of the tabernacle was called the _______________________. In it was the lampstand, the table, and the _______________________.

The ________________ always went into the first part of the tabernacle, performing the services.

Behind the veil was the part of the tabernacle which is called the Holiest of All. What was in it?

The high priest only went into this part of the tabernacle __________ a year.

The ark of the covenant…

* was overlaid on all sides with _______________.

* contained within it the golden pot that had the manna, Aaron’s ___________ that budded, and the tablets of the covenant.

* had cherubim overshadowing the _____________ seat.

4. Read Proverbs 27:10. Better is a neighbor nearby than a brother far away. Why?
